Non-QM Jumbo Underwriter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Non QM / Jumbo Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze residential mortgage loan applications for accuracy and compliance with guidelines
• Issue compliant loan decisions based on thorough risk assessment and documentation review
• Respond to loan audits and maintain current knowledge of investor guidelines and policies

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of current underwriting experience with Non-QM and JUMBO guidelines
• 5+ years of prior underwriting experience
• Experience with Automated Underwriting Systems (AUS)
• Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to work within time constraints and handle multiple responsibilities
