Key Responsibilities
- Own the annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting process across teams
- Lead monthly budget vs. actuals reviews and support reforecasting with analysis
- Maintain and improve financial models and implement process improvements across finance workflows
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance at a startup or tech company
- Strong modeling and forecasting skills, proficient in Excel/Sheets
- Experience in high-growth or venture-backed startups, particularly with budgeting or billing operations
- Familiarity with financial systems like Sage Intacct or other planning and ERP tools
- Detail-oriented and systems-minded with a focus on process improvement
