Payroll Tax Senior Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Prime Tax Senior Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for payroll tax-related activities and manage service escalations
• Conduct year-end project activities, including W2 balancing and processing corrections
• Participate in tax-related testing and validation during client implementation projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant payroll tax experience required
• 4-5 years of experience with large volume payrolls and multiple legal entities
• Experience in a multi-state environment and new hire reporting
• Strong local tax knowledge preferred
• Moderate skill level in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; advanced Excel desired
