Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Credit Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain credit risk policies and strategies for real estate transactions
• Lead creditworthiness assessments and manage credit approval processes
• Monitor credit portfolio performance and manage team of credit analysts and underwriters

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• 8-10+ years of experience in credit risk management, preferably in real estate
• Strong knowledge of U.S. lending regulations and real estate market dynamics
• Proficiency in credit scoring models and financial analysis
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
