California Licensed Strategic Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the company's financial model, including scenario planning and fundraising support
• Lead monthly forecasting and budget-to-actuals reporting across departments
• Develop detailed revenue models and pipeline analytics in partnership with GTM leaders

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or high-growth startups
• Experience in early stage startups, digital health, or healthcare services is preferred
• Fluency in financial modeling and forecasting, with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets, NetSuite, and Jirav
• Deep familiarity with revenue cycle management and insurance payer billing
• Demonstrated ability to build and operate independently in a fast-paced startup environment
