Job Summary

A company is looking for a Relationship Officer in Commercial Banking.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the setup and maintenance of deposit accounts and resolve loan-related issues
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and other partners to address client inquiries and service requests
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations while managing delinquent accounts

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial lending or banking support functions
• Strong understanding of BSA/AML regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficient in deposit and loan servicing processes
• Experience with internal and external audit responses
• Knowledge of bank products and ability to identify referral opportunities
