Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and assist in annual budget planning for the assigned real estate portfolio
• Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting cycles, including data collection and variance analysis
• Generate routine and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and financial documentation while maintaining team data and reporting tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 2-5 years of relevant financial analysis or accounting experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with computer-based accounting systems; familiarity with GDA platforms is a plus
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
