Key Responsibilities
- Handle escalated onboarding requests, ensuring timely processing within defined SLAs
- Identify and escalate process issues while contributing to process improvement initiatives
- Communicate effectively and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
- Proficiency with Salesforce and high-level proficiency in Excel
- Understanding of financial statements, tax returns, and cash flow
- Project management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
