Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Commission Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily reconciliation and application of carrier commissions and review membership information
  • Research and resolve commission payments, statements, and system discrepancies
  • Prepare operational deliverables and support audits for Revenue Operations controls
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or two years equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in cash reconciliation, accounts receivable, and collections
  • Experience in the insurance or healthcare industry, particularly with commissions
  • Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and experience with auditors preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis
