A company is looking for an Associate Commission Operations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation and application of carrier commissions and review membership information
- Research and resolve commission payments, statements, and system discrepancies
- Prepare operational deliverables and support audits for Revenue Operations controls
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or two years equivalent experience
- Prior experience in cash reconciliation, accounts receivable, and collections
- Experience in the insurance or healthcare industry, particularly with commissions
- Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and experience with auditors preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis
