Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 15+ years of experience in capital markets, structured finance, or equipment leasing
• Deep expertise in lease syndications and complex transaction structuring
• Strong network of institutional investor relationships
• Proven ability to lead capital markets teams in a regulated financial institution
