Finance Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Systems & Automation Analyst to modernize financial data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and automate core accounting workflows, including variance analysis and reconciliations
• Partner with BI to structure financial data models and pipelines
• Create dashboards and tools for easier access and action on financial data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or data-focused role
• Strong SQL skills; experience with Python or scripting tools is a plus
• Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP
• Preferred experience with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
