Lead Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Financial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial support to operational managers and lead the preparation of the annual 5-year business plan
• Manage monthly closing, forecasting, and reporting deliverables, including analysis of financial results and key variances
• Support capital budget preparation, manage fixed asset records, and present financial results at operational meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or relevant accounting or finance, typically 10-15 years
• Proficiency in reporting systems and MS Excel; SAP experience is a plus
• Demonstrated analytical skills for Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
