Valuation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Valuations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for clients on all valuation matters
• Oversee and execute the end-to-end valuation process, including deliverable tracking and model reviews
• Advise deal teams on valuation model development and facilitate onboarding of new client portfolio investments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or similar discipline (CFA and/or CPA a plus)
• 5 - 10 years of valuation experience, preferably in Private Equity and Real Estate
• Thorough understanding of ASC 820 and various valuation approaches
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; advanced data analytical skills are a plus
• Experience in developing and implementing valuation models
