Vice President of Strategic Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Strategic Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly forecasting, annual planning, financial analysis, and lender deliverables
• Establish FP&A as a Center of Analytical Excellence and manage capital allocation and cash flow forecasting
• Lead the development of the organization, driving performance and aligning resources with strategic objectives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, or financial planning and forecasting
• Experience in scaled/matured businesses, particularly in marketplaces or B2B2C sectors
• Proven ability to lead and scale teams of management consultants or investment banking professionals
• Experience collaborating with product management teams and improving workflows
• Strong focus on accountability, mentorship, and the ability to influence leaders
