Senior Finance Program Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Finance Program Administrator - Rail and Transit.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project administration on joint venture and tri-venture contracts
• Prepare journal entries, reconcile financial statements and accounts, and review data for accuracy
• Ensure contract terms and conditions meet Federal and State regulations

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of accounting experience; Bachelor's degree in business or accounting preferred
• Experience with procurement on a major infrastructure project
• Experience working with multiple partners on a major infrastructure project
• Experience with billing on a major project
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs and Oracle accounting applications
