FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with G&A leadership and operational teams to develop functional roadmaps and execution plans
• Collaborate with functional BPs and Corporate FP&A team to maintain monthly G&A headcount and expense forecasts
• Coordinate and lead Monthly Operational Review meetings to analyze performance and support decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related discipline
• 5-7+ years of progressive FP&A experience with a track record of success
• Knowledge of FP&A and financial accounting principles, preferably in a high-growth B2B software/SaaS environment
• Experience in building driver-based financial models of varying complexity
• Ability to perform under tight timelines in a dynamic environment
