- Collaborate with business units on risk management and maintain risk matrix documentation
- Perform financial planning and analysis, including budget preparation and variance analysis
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a business-related field
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting or finance; credit union or banking experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and trust
- Strong decision-making and time management skills
