Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst to support financial planning and analysis processes remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage balance sheet activities, including liquidity functions and interest rate risk management
• Collaborate with business units on risk management and maintain risk matrix documentation
• Perform financial planning and analysis, including budget preparation and variance analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a business-related field
• 0-2 years of experience in accounting or finance; credit union or banking experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and trust
• Strong decision-making and time management skills
