Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Patient Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and direct activities and programs of Patient Financial Services, including billing, collection, and accounts receivable management
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant billing, follow-up, and denials management while coordinating with facilities and clinics
• Oversee programs, policies, procedures, and day-to-day operations of the Patient Financial Services department and manage supporting vendors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Eight years of experience in a professional or technical role/function
• Three years of experience in hospital or physician accounts receivable and billing management
• Five years of experience in progressively responsible management roles
