Financial Planning Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and enhance financial models for forecasting and budgeting, including sub-models for headcount and sales planning
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, prepare reports, and present findings to leadership
• Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and identify financial risks with mitigation strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 3-5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles with progressive responsibility
• Proven experience in financial modeling, planning, analysis, and budgeting
• Experience in the Aerospace-Defense industry and commercial SaaS
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards
