Finance Operations Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Operations Lead to build and scale its financial operations infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the end-to-end settlement lifecycle, including ACH/wire processing and transaction validation
• Design scalable reconciliation processes across fiat/stablecoin flows and support the implementation of the SOC1 control framework
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate financial operation requirements into systems builds and user flows

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in financial operations, treasury operations, or crypto payment processing
• Strong understanding of fiat and crypto flow of funds, including wire transfers and stablecoin mechanics
• Proven ability to design and scale systems with minimal existing infrastructure
• Experience with Banking and Exchange APIs, reconciliation tooling, and TMS or ERP systems
• Demonstrated ownership of SOC1 controls and internal audit readiness
