Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Liquidation Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate loans for payment ability and collection strategy, contacting borrowers for past due funds
- Prepare and submit required documentation for Guaranty Purchase, Liquidation, and Litigation Plan packages to the SBA
- Liquidate collateral as necessary and monitor bankruptcies, preparing Proof of Claims as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in collection, liquidation, and litigation related to small business loans
- Proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly advanced Excel skills
- Experience with bankruptcy processes and a working understanding of title policies and eviction proceedings
- Ability to learn and work in multiple systems, including SBA e-Trans and Ventures+
