FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager to manage finance priorities within the digital assets industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve core FP&A processes, including planning, modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
• Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support business strategy and decision-making
• Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze spend, performance, and manage financial activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, and strategic planning
• Understanding of the web3 / digital asset / crypto space
• Proficiency in Excel and FP&A software
• Experience in building and managing relationships with team leaders and P&L owners
