Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor (Bilingual Chinese).

Key Responsibilities

• Process 1st and 2nd mortgage applications and prepare the physical file for the underwriter
• Order and follow up with vendors for necessary appraisal, title, closing, and flood documentation
• Update Borrower(s) profiles and applications while ensuring accurate delivery of RESPA/TIL documents

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Chinese, including speaking, writing, reading, and translating related to the loan process
• Minimum of 1 year experience in mortgage loan processing required
• Ability to operate a personal computer with strong knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks within deadlines
