Director of Investment Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Investment Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead investment reporting functions and ensure compliance with investment policies and guidelines
• Manage internal and external audits, regulatory requests, and monitor compliance with regulatory changes
• Drive financial forecasting, investment modeling, and serve as the primary contact for investment data requests

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required; Master's degree preferred
• 7-10 years of experience in investment operations with a focus on risk and performance reporting
• Experience in managing teams and cross-functional initiatives
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, SOX compliance, and regulatory frameworks
• Proficiency in investment systems and tools such as Bloomberg and performance analytics platforms
