Job Summary

A company is looking for a North America Sales FP&A Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Head of North America Sales to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
  • Own the forecasting and budget cycle for North America sales performance, collaborating with various teams
  • Build and maintain sales performance models to track KPIs and align financial planning with GTM planning
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, with at least 3 years focused on Sales Finance
  • Experience supporting commercial or field sales teams in a tech, SaaS, or B2B environment
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills; proficiency in financial planning tools
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
