Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Cost/Financial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and resolve complex technical issues related to Health System Finance
• Generate decision support reports and dashboards to aid in financial performance improvement
• Lead projects and coach peers while maintaining high professional standards and customer service

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in finance or cost accounting
• Experience with healthcare finance systems such as Axiom, Power BI, EPIC, and WorkDay is preferred
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Strong analytical skills to analyze large quantities of financial data
