Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit and Collections Analyst to assess customer creditworthiness and manage collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze credit history and assess risk for new and existing customers
• Partner with collection agencies to negotiate payment terms for delinquent accounts
• Support the development and implementation of new processes and automation to enhance workflow

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in credit and collections, including cost-benefit analysis
• 2+ years of experience in data gathering and analytics
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Clean credit history as reported by credit report
