Key Responsibilities
- Analyze credit history and assess risk for new and existing customers
- Partner with collection agencies to negotiate payment terms for delinquent accounts
- Support the development and implementation of new processes and automation to enhance workflow
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in credit and collections, including cost-benefit analysis
- 2+ years of experience in data gathering and analytics
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Clean credit history as reported by credit report
