Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst for R&D.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze budget/forecast variances and review with Engineering management teams
• Participate in the annual and quarterly planning process
• Monitor and update financial models to ensure accuracy and timeliness

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Finance Partner in an FP&A environment
• Experience with financial planning tools, ERP, and CRM
• Sound understanding of accounting theory and practice
• Education in finance or accounting, with 4+ years of financial analysis experience
• Mastery of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
