Vice President of Corporate Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Corporate Development & Strategic Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end deal execution, including financial modeling and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions
• Lead the development and management of the multi-year Operating Plan, ensuring alignment with the Strategic Plan
• Conduct evaluations of strategic growth initiatives and provide financial modeling to support decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in analytical financial roles with leadership responsibilities
• 12+ years of experience in financial modeling within a corporate development context
• 8+ years of corporate development experience, including M&A financial modeling and negotiation
• 7+ years of experience presenting and collaborating at the executive level
