Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting and financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Prepare and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Lead the annual budgeting process and provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA highly preferred
• 8-10 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, with at least 5 years as a Financial Controller
• Thorough understanding of accounting principles and financial close processes
• Strong software skills, particularly advanced proficiency in MS Excel; QuickBooks online preferred
• Leadership experience with a focus on team collaboration and strategic planning
