Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Communicate financial results and develop financial reporting for operations and leadership
• Support strategic decision-making with financial analysis and guidance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting required
• Graduate Degree preferred
• 6+ years of experience in financial analysis
• High proficiency in financial modeling techniques and advanced knowledge of Excel
• Investment Banking experience and healthcare industry experience are a plus
