Senior Credit Review Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Credit Review Officer - Commercial Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently complete reviews of complex loans and validate risk ratings
• Analyze financial data and collateral documentation to assess credit risk
• Communicate with management regarding loans reviewed and escalate risk-related issues

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial or consumer credit, lending, or related fields
• Working knowledge of credit risk management techniques and regulatory guidance
• Experience with spreadsheet, word processing, presentation, and database software
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work within established timeframes
