Key Responsibilities
- Manage SAP price dispute cases across all Business Units to ensure prompt resolution
- Support the Customer Solutions team by providing necessary data and analysis during the dispute review process
- Analyze price dispute information to identify volume, root causes, and financial impacts, aiming for a 90% case resolution within a 30-day SLA
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Relevant experience in pricing or dispute resolution
- Strong understanding of SAP systems and internal processes
- Proven analytical skills
