Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Global Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly forecasting process and annual budgeting cycle to support agile decision-making
• Develop and maintain a long-range financial model to guide strategic planning
• Provide leadership to the FP&A team and support M&A initiatives including financial modeling

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading FP&A in a global or high-growth environment
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Proven track record of building and mentoring finance teams
• High business acumen and a bias for action
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, remote-first company
