Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and oversee client team to ensure value and insights from finance and accounting functions
• Manage client accounting processes, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, expense management, and payroll
• Lead monthly client meetings, provide insights, and coach client management on metrics usage and departmental management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; Master's degree and/or CPA preferred
• 10 years of experience as a Controller to Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
• Proven experience in revamping accounting, finance, and operational processes and technologies
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting and sales tax liability management
