Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager - Doctor Compensation to oversee the monthly calculations of doctor compensation in the Optometry division.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop one senior accountant/analyst
- Review and approve compensation calculations, reports, and payment schedules for individual providers
- Ensure accurate documentation of compensation methodologies and compliance reviews
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- B.S. or B.A. in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3-4 years of relevant management experience in financial analysis; physician compensation experience is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI tools
- Ability to interact with stakeholders at multiple levels throughout the organization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize and resolve variances in large data sets
