Key Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual business results, communicating findings to management
- Maintain and enhance forecasting and investment models while supporting annual business plans and budgets
- Coordinate with management to prepare recommendations regarding financial plans and operating forecasts
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, including business planning and budget variance analysis
- In-depth knowledge of accounting and financial analysis techniques
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with advanced data management skills
