A company is looking for a Sr. Analyst of Go to Market Compensation to join their Revenue Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of compensation goals across Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales teams
- Build and maintain variable compensation models aligned with business objectives
- Perform data analysis to evaluate the impact of incentive plans on performance outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in Sales Compensation, Revenue Operations, FP&A, or a related field
- Strong understanding of go-to-market functions and sales compensation principles
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with CRM and compensation tools
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Must be in an EST or CST time zone
