Director of Investor Relations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Investor Relations responsible for managing communication with investors and stakeholders to drive shareholder value.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual investor materials and ensure compliance with external reporting standards
• Serve as the main contact for external investors, coordinating follow-up meetings and addressing inquiries
• Analyze financial results and industry trends to inform communication strategies and support earnings calls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university
• 8+ years of related experience in Corporate Finance roles
• Experience in preparing board decks and investor materials
• Investment banking experience, particularly in M&A, is preferred but not required
• CFA designation is preferred
