Senior Finance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to shape financial strategy and drive data-backed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly financial analysis and collaborate with department leads to identify trends and corrective actions
• Create and maintain dashboards to communicate financial performance against targets
• Prepare detailed financial reports for internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA or CPA/CFA is a plus
• 3-4 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the food or CPG industry
• Proficient in financial reporting, modeling, budgeting, and interpreting financial statements
• Skilled in Excel, ERP systems, and financial planning tools (NetSuite and Vena preferred)
• Familiarity with cost accounting and manufacturing processes is a plus
