Job Summary
A company is looking for a Treasury Management Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and product support for Treasury Solutions and assist clients via phone
- Support client outreach for migrations or changes affecting Treasury products and assist in application testing
- Document system issues, escalate when necessary, and manage client transitions for projects
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years of customer service experience and 5+ years of technical support experience
- Treasury experience, including treasury migration experience
- Experience in banking, financial services, treasury, and/or cash management
- Familiarity with ACH, Wire, SWIFT, and Lockbox banking applications
