Senior Mortgage Loan Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly review loan files to determine needed documentation
• Timely follow-up with borrowers to obtain necessary documentation
• Coordinate with the Loan Officer and all parties involved in the transaction

Required Qualifications and Education

• 5 to 7 years of recent experience as an end-to-end mortgage loan processor
• Experience with various loan types including conventional, FHA, VA, and HELOCs
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
• Deep understanding of loan programs and underwriting conditions
• Familiarity with LOS platforms and third-party vendor integrations
