Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Planning Analyst to provide analytical support for budget preparation, development, maintenance, and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and compile budget information
- Analyze trends and prepare budget-versus-actual expense variance reports
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses on various projects and support special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Expert proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of GAAP and STAT accounting principles
- Preferred experience in Oracle, Hyperion, Workday, Anaplan, or other ERP software
- Experience in the P&C Insurance industry is a plus
