Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with clients to prepare annual reporting and review submitted documents for accuracy
- Utilize administration software for 401(k) testing and reporting, and prepare necessary government filings
- Educate clients on the administration of their 401(k) plans and maintain proactive communication throughout the process
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of 401(k) plan structure and IRS/DOL regulations is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
