Senior Underwriting Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst/Associate, Underwriting, Healthcare Lending.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze potential loan origination and participation opportunities in healthcare services and real estate
• Model financial projections and conduct sensitivity analyses to evaluate loan repayment potential
• Prepare loan investment approval write-ups and coordinate investment closings

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1+ year of experience in audit, credit analysis, investment banking, or loan underwriting required
• Healthcare lending experience is preferred
• Strong financial statement analysis skills and proficiency in financial modeling
• Exceptional attitude and commitment to teamwork
