A company is looking for a Credit Deputy - Specialty Lending.

Key Responsibilities

• Make credit decisions on requests including new business, renewals, and modifications
• Review early-stage business opportunities and provide insights on risks and structuring changes
• Manage a team of Senior Credit Officers and participate in credit approval committees

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 15 years of commercial lending experience, including management
• Alternatively, 19 years of combined higher education and work experience in commercial lending
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and email software
• In-depth knowledge of industries served and current business trends
• Ability to make independent decisions and provide leadership in a consensus-driven environment
