Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President, Finance to provide leadership and oversight of financial operations for the business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee finance activities, including the Annual Operating Plan and financial analysis
- Identify medical cost trends and lead medical cost improvement initiatives
- Perform financial impact analysis for new contracts and support negotiations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years in a high-level finance role in the healthcare or insurance industry
- Previous management experience, including hiring, training, and performance management
- CPA preferred
- Specialty Pharmacy experience considered a bonus
