Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the organization
• Build and maintain dynamic financial models that support scenario planning, pricing strategy, and resource allocation
• Analyze operating metrics and KPIs specific to the health tech industry and provide monthly variance analysis with actionable insights

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA is a plus)
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP systems and Financial Planning Software preferred
• Experience in creating Three-Statement Financial Models required
• Proven ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
