Job Summary

A company is looking for a Budget Analyst to join their Finance department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and coordinate the annual operating budget in collaboration with department leaders and the CFO
  • Conduct training sessions for budget managers to enhance financial literacy and monitor ongoing budget performance
  • Prepare financial statement workpapers and assist with audit preparation while advising on adjustments to planned expenses
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or accounting (degree may substitute for 1 year of experience)
  • Strong knowledge of nonprofit accounting and government grant reporting
  • Proficiency in financial reporting tools and Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
  • Commitment to enhancing the employee experience through exceptional service and support
  • Passion for working with diverse LGBTQ+ and TGNCNB communities
