Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Clearance Representative Associate, responsible for completing the financial clearance process and assisting patients with their financial responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve account discrepancies and ensure accurate claim submissions
• Perform manual charge entry and verify insurance eligibility
• Provide patients with financial estimates and educate them on insurance coverage and assistance programs

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 6+ months of billing experience within a hospital or clinic setting
• Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work standard daytime hours, CST
• Must be 18 years of age or older
